Senior PPC Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Senior PPC Executive to take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy. This role is focused on user acquisition, campaign management, and performance optimization to maximize ROI across multiple paid channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in Paid Search and App Install campaigns, and a solid understanding of Excel (pivot tables, data merging, and reporting). Experience in highly competitive and regulated industries (such as iGaming, finance, or forex) is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search and App Install campaigns. Experience with Meta Ads and Apple Search Ads is a plus.
- Analyze campaign performance to improve ROI, lower CPA, and drive high-quality customer acquisitions.
- Leverage Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data merging) to manage and interpret multi-source data effectively.
- Implement A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience targeting to enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to align PPC efforts with business goals.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry regulations and best practices.
- Stay updated on Google Ads policy changes, emerging trends, and new tools to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning, embracing new marketing tools and industry developments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven expertise in App Install campaigns (Google App Campaigns, tracking, and optimization).
- Strong performance marketing background, with a focus on ROI optimization and user acquisition.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis).
- Experience in regulated or highly competitive industries (such as iGaming, finance, forex, or healthcare).
- Ability to interpret data, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, or programmatic display campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking best practices.
- Familiarity with third-party tracking tools (such as AppsFlyer or OneTrust).
- Google Ads Certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
