We are currently looking for an CRM Personalization Specialist.
Reporting into the Head of CRM, you will be responsible for supporting the design, execution and optimisation of personalised recommendations across CRM channels, app and web. This pivotal role focuses on optimising customer experience, improving CRM workflows, and ensuring data quality to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Set up and use personalised recommendations to drive customer responses and convert prospective players into loyal customers
- Help design and drive delivery of planned AB test initiatives for personalised recommendations across CRM channels, web and app
- Use customer data to personalize communications, monitoring customer behavior to improve targeting and relevance
- Create a structured test-and-learn approach for continuous campaign improvements and optimisation
- Assess and report weekly on campaign performance, leveraging insights for ongoing optimisation
- Conduct analysis on target vs. control groups to produce actionable reports demonstrating commercial impact
- Work with CRM Team Leaders and Product Teams to develop personalization and optimization strategies
- Assist the Head of CRM with the integration of new procedures, tools, and technology to increase process efficiency
- Help with the implementation, test and document new channels
- Help other team members to utilize dynamic content and personalisation tools, including Opti-X
- Attend and actively participate in regular meetings, both internal and external, to provide updates on Optimisation and Personalisation projects progress, share insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Keep the customer experience at the core of all communications, stay updated on CRM trends, and understand best practices to stand out from competitors
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to CRM within the online gambling industry
What We're Looking For in an Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ years experience with Opti-X or other personalisation tools are a must
- Proven experience in CRM, marketing, or a related field within the online gambling industry
- Knowledge of machine learning and intelligent content
- Data Analytics and reporting skills
- Have solid stakeholder management abilities to work with cross teams
- Project management skills
- Positive attitude and keen to learn new skills as well as share it with other team members
- Positive attitude and adapts well to change
- Experience working smoothly with remote teams in different time zones
