The Role
Lead our procurement function to drive commercial excellence, strategic sourcing, and scalable operations that power our next phase of growth.
• Design and execute procurement strategy - Build a multi-year sourcing strategy aligned with business goals, creating transparency on spend and identifying category-level opportunities
• Lead strategic sourcing and negotiations - Drive competitive bidding, supplier consolidation, and complex commercial negotiations across Technology/SaaS, Marketing, and Professional Services
• Master complex technology contracting - Navigate cloud, SaaS, AI/GenAI products, data privacy requirements, and technical SLA frameworks with commercial expertise
• Build supplier excellence - Develop strategic supplier portfolios with robust KPIs, performance management, and governance frameworks that drive innovation and resilience
• Optimize procurement systems - Implement and enhance P2P platforms, spend analytics tools, and contracting workflows that integrate seamlessly with Legal and Finance operations
• Drive measurable impact - Own spend analytics, benefits tracking, and value realization reporting that demonstrates clear ROI to senior leadership
• Proven procurement leadership - Extensive experience leading procurement teams in high-growth or regulated environments where speed and precision both matter
• Technology sourcing expertise - Strong category depth in Technology/SaaS, Professional Services, and Marketing, with advanced capability in AI/GenAI and cloud services contracting
• Commercial negotiation mastery - Demonstrated success with complex commercial structures, performance-based models, data rights, and risk allocation frameworks
• Systems and process optimization - Experience with CLM systems, procurement automation, P2P platforms, and ERP integrations in a supporting operational capacity
• Data-driven approach - Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in spend analytics tools, TCO modeling, and AI-enabled productivity solutions
• Strategic influencer - Strong relationship-building skills across senior stakeholders with the ability to present structured recommendations and drive cross-functional collaboration
