About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of CRM to drive customer retention, engagement, and monetisation initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing our CRM vision while also overseeing lifecycle marketing strategies. You will lead a team of CRM specialists to deliver high-impact campaigns, enhance customer journeys, and maximise long-term player engagement. A key focus of this role is developing and executing best-in-class promotions that drive engagement, boost retention, and maximise customer lifetime value. This role is ideal for someone with a strong CRM and retention background, who can lead teams effectively and integrate engagement strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy: Provide direction and mentorship to CRM specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and rapid execution.
  • CRM & Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that enhances lifecycle engagement, retention, and monetisation, ensuring personalised and effective customer interactions.
  • Lifecycle & Reactivation: Own and refine early lifecycle and reactivation strategies, ensuring seamless onboarding, re-engagement tactics, and sustained player involvement.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Utilise analytics, A/B testing, and behavioral insights to optimise campaign effectiveness, ensuring agility in response to player trends.
  • Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create cohesive customer journeys, while ensuring compliance with responsible gaming and data privacy regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading CRM teams within social gaming, casino, or digital entertainment industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams across CRM.
  • Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Optimove, Salesforce) and marketing automation.
  • A data-driven mindset with a track record of using analytics to drive engagement, optimise promotional impact, and improve retention.
  • A deep understanding of player behavior, re-engagement tactics, and multi-product cross-marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where quick execution is key.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring alignment across multiple teams.
