You acknowledge that, where relevant to a recruitment process, your personal data may be transferred and/or disclosed to companies within the Bullfinch group, prospective employers, affiliated entities connected to those employers, and third parties acting on behalf of Bullfinch or its clients for recruitment, assessment, onboarding, or hiring-related purposes. To support our services, Bullfinch may also partner with trusted technology providers (for example, AI-based recruitment and assessment platforms) to enhance recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. Any such partners are contractually bound to use applicant data solely for these purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

In the event that you are an agent submitting personal data on behalf of an applicant, you warrant that you have obtained the necessary and required consent to disclose the applicant’s personal data for the purposes described here.
